Children should not submit personal information directly through the website without parent or guardian involvement.

When information about a child is collected, it should be provided by a parent or guardian, or collected as part of program operations with appropriate consent. 9. Data Retention

  • We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, respond to requests, administer the program, maintain safety records, comply with CACFP, TWC, licensing, grant, audit, tax, insurance, legal, and operational requirements, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, de-identify, or archive it according to our record-retention practices.
