The HBM Youth & Nutrition Program is a holistic, community-based afterschool initiative serving youth in underserved and at-risk communities across DFW. We believe before and aftercare should be the best part of your child’s day. Our structured, enriching program keeps kids engaged, supported, and safe.

Monday – Friday · 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Before-school) · and · 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (After-school) · DFW Family Church. Every block of our day is intentional, supervised, and designed to support the whole child.

Visit the Workforce Solutions portal to see if your household income and employment status qualify for the TWC Child Care Subsidy program.
You'll need proof of income, employment verification, your child's birth certificate, and proof of Texas residency.
Apply online or in-person at your local Workforce Solutions office. Our staff can help guide you through the process at no cost.
Once approved, bring your authorization letter to us at DFW Family Church. We handle the rest — your child's spot is secured.

Meals are served to all children 18 years of age and under enrolled in the program — no exceptions.
Service is first come, first served with zero discrimination of any kind, in accordance with CACFP policy.
Daily meal counts are documented and attendance logs are maintained in compliance with all CACFP requirements.
All meals meet USDA nutritional requirements and are balanced, hot, and age-appropriate for youth ages 5–18.
All meal service follows CACFP operational guidelines as set forth by the Texas Department of Agriculture.
Food service is integrated into a safe, structured afterschool environment with holistic youth development programming.

All staff are certified and trained to respond to emergencies swiftly and calmly.
Every team member undergoes thorough background screening before working with children.
Only pre-authorized guardians can pick up your child. ID is verified every single time.
